More than 14,000 Scots pine saplings were planted during this event, which gathered over 300 volunteers representing various organizations from Petrozavodsk and Pryazhinsky District, as well as the Government of Karelia. Owing to the thorough preparations implemented jointly by the Republic of Karelia Ministry of Nature Use and Environment and Shujales JSC, the activities were well organized, and all participants were supplied with stocking material, instruments and hot meals.
